Course Description

The Certificate in Office Administration is a five-semester program designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage office operations and administrative functions. This program prepares learners to become efficient administrative professionals capable of supporting organizational needs across various sectors.

The curriculum includes training in office management, business communication, document preparation, records management, office software applications, bookkeeping, customer service, and basic human resource functions.
