Among the key income-generating ventures is office design, redesign, refurbishment, and repairs, a service offered to government state departments through a government-to-government business model. Additionally, the carpentry and joinery unit specialize in crafting custom-made furniture and fittings, catering to both institutional and private clients. The metalwork and fabrication section are involved in the production of gates, windows, and steel structures, serving both individuals and government agencies.

The polytechnic is also engaged in food production, supplying value-added food products within the institution, with plans to extend these services to the local community and businesses. Similarly, the vegetable production unit focuses on growing and distributing farm-fresh vegetables, while the animal production unit provides value-added animal products to the internal market, with future expansion plans targeting the broader community.

These production activities not only serve as revenue streams but also provide trainees with practical training opportunities, preparing them for industrial and entrepreneurial ventures.
